To Delete your Chirp Account

By following this process, your account and data will be permanently deleted, and our team will not be able to recover the account.

Users may request account deletion by either of the following methods:

• Email: Send a deletion request to our support team at [email protected]. Please include your account username, registered email address, and a brief reason for the request.
• Feedback Form: Access the feedback form available at https://app.chirpwireless.io/ portal under “Get Help” button of your user account. Complete the form with the required information and submit it for processing.

Information Required

To ensure the security and integrity of the account deletion process, the following information is required when submitting a deletion request:

• Full name registered with the account
• Account username
• Registered email address (requests must come from the email address associated with the account)
• Reason for account deletion (optional but appreciated)
• Any additional information requested by the support team to verify your identity

Processing Time

Upon receipt of a valid deletion request, Chirp will process the request within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the account has been successfully deleted.

Data Deleted

Upon successful deletion of your account, the following types of data will be permanently removed from our systems:

• Personal information (name, email address, contact information)
• Account credentials (username, password)
• Usage data (account activity, preferences)
• Any content uploaded by the user (photos, videos, documents)

Irreversibility

Please note that account deletion is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, you will no longer have access to any data, content, or services associated with the account. If you wish to use our services again, you will need to create a new account.
